Once arrived at the entrance, the guest, the courier or the postman can scan the QR code placed at the entrance. A list of keys to which to call the intercom will appear and at the top there will also be a search field for directly entering the apartment number to call. By clicking on the apartment number, a message will automatically be sent to the owner or occupant of the selected apartment. It really is that simple and fast!
After the external person clicks on "RING", the apartment owner will receive a notification on his device and the screen will open with a photo or audio attachment. This feature was designed to allow the owner to see who is at the entrance to the building and decide whether or not to open the door. If the caller is a postman or courier, the corresponding icon will be displayed at the top to immediately identify who is at the entrance.
