COMPILATION OF FIELDS
Fill in the required fields with your personal data, search if the residence or home is already present in our database, and once the data has been entered correctly, you will be redirected to your reserved area.
TARIFF PLAN PAYMENT
In your reserved area, select the period you wish to subscribe to and pay by credit card

The DINDON application is available for Android and iOS operating systems and can be downloaded from the respective app stores.

The expiry of your subscription will be reminded to you 7 days before with an email from us
LOGIN AND PASSWORDS
Enter your name "Login" and "password" to use the application on your smartphone
ACCESS TO THE HOME OF THE APP
Once logged in, you will be directed to the application's main screen, where you will find the following functions: SOS key, Open Door key, Chat key and, at the top left, a secondary menu icon.
SOS BUTTON
This key is used in case of extreme necessity. Once pressed, it sends a help message to the previously preset phone numbers.
OPEN DOOR BUTTON
This key is used to open the apartment building entrance door *.
* Available to those who have installed the "KIT OPEN DOOR" kit
CHAT KEY
This key is used to access the last chats exchanged
SANDWICH MENU ICON
This menu is used to access sub-menus containing other useful functions such as: profile, app manual, auto checkin, maintainance
PROFILE KEY
This key is used to access your profile which shows some important data.
AUTO CHECKIN BUTTON
This key allows you to take advantage of the auto Checkin function if you have subscribed to the service .
MAINTENANCE KEY
This key will allow you to search for a maintenance technician or a specialized worker .
MANUAL APP KEY
This button is a link that will take you to this page containing the instruction manual.
RECEIVING AN EXTERNAL CALL
You will be notified by a notification or you can click on the icon that will display a call badge.
ANSWERING AN EXTERNAL CALL
Once you click on the icon or notification, you can respond by sending a message, audio, or video.
ATTACH AN AUDIO/VIDEO MESSAGE END A CHAT
Once the chat is finished, you can close it by clicking on the appropriate button.
CONTACT SCREEN
After selecting the desired contact, for example "CABRERA", a screen will appear where you can directly click on the "Ring" button to initiate a call. If you are a postman or courier, you can also use the default icons.
DOOR PHONE ON SMARTPHONE
After scanning the QR code, digital buttons will appear on your smartphone to select the desired contact and start the call, without the need to download any application. In addition, a search function is available to speed up the search for the desired contact.
MAKE A CALL TO THE OWNER
Outside the condo/house/residence you will find a plaque with a QR code representing the intercom system. Scan the code with any application and a button panel will appear with the names of the registered inhabitants. From here, you can select the name of the villager you want to communicate with.
CHECK-IN FUNCTION
The "Check-in" button is a service that, if subscribed to, allows you to check-in automatically. In order to use this service, you need to have the "Open Door Kit".
MAINTENANCE FUNCTION
The "MAINTENANCE" function allows you to have operators available for interventions if they have subscribed to the service.
POSTMAN FUNCTION
The "CORREO" button is dedicated to couriers and postal workers who often deal with shipments. If it is used, a "CORREO" service icon will appear.
COURIER FUNCTION
The "COURIER" button is dedicated to couriers responsible for the transport and delivery of parcels, so that they can deliver their parcels more immediately.
