What is DINDON ?
DINDON is an innovative application that can be downloaded to your computer and solves the problem of many housing units that do not have an external intercom system. This prevents guests from notifying their presence at the entrance gate. Thanks to our application, guests can easily announce their presence and the inhabitants of the housing unit can receive the notification directly on their mobile device."
DINDON eliminates the problem of having to carry out invasive masonry work and bear the high cost of intercom equipment. DIN DON not only does it require no masonry or electrical work, but it can be installed directly on your smartphone in just 60 seconds. Thanks to DINDON you and your family members can be alerted in real time if someone is at the door without this person having your telephone number.
DINDON is not just a simple intercom service but includes highly useful, innovative and advantageous services.
How does it work physically?
Outside the building, at the entrance, there is an aluminum plate about 8 cm wide and 17 cm high, representing an intercom with a QR code imprinted on it. After scanning it, the guest will see an intercom push-button panel appear on their smartphone. By typing in the corresponding apartment number, you can get in touch with the occupants of the apartment, either directly or by leaving a message or video. The application has a built-in translation function so that written messages can be immediately translated.

What functions does it have
Alerts you to the presence of a guest at the door ; the couriers responsible for delivering the parcels will be able to notify you in advance of their arrival (use is at their discretion);
you can request the intervention of a professional craftsman in the event of a hydraulic, electrical or other type of breakage inside the apartment;
you can notify a person of your choice for prompt intervention . in case of illness;
Soon the application will be implemented with the following functions:
automatic check-in which, in the case of renting the apartment to tourists, will avoid long waits and will allow you to make the guest's entrance to the house independent with a code for opening the entrance gate (requires installation of the DINDON DOOR kit) and you will be notified by email if you wish to drop by in person for a cordial greeting;
call forwarding which will allow you to divert the call directed to your home to another of an acquaintance or friend of yours in case of your absence;

How can I sign up for a subscription?
You can subscribe via the mobile application. Simply select the desired rate plan and follow the instructions.
What payment methods are accepted for the subscription?

When does the subscription period start and when does it end?
The subscription period begins from the moment of subscription and ends when the selected period expires.
How can I cancel the subscription?
The subscription ends at the end of the chosen period and if not renewed the service will be automatically suspended without any charge or automatic renewal.
What are the refund policies for the subscription?
Once a subscription has been subscribed for a given period, it can be canceled at any time, but refunds for the unused period will not be possible.
Can I change or renew my subscription during the validity period?
It is possible to change your subscription period at the end of the same as you will be notified by an email by doing so it will be renewed for the chosen period.
